The City Center Partnership, Twin Rivers Council for the Arts and the City of Mankato are hosting a community open house on January 23 at 5:30pm at the Emy Frentz Arts Guild. The program will includes presentation of a draft of the arts and culture plan and opportunities to provide feedback.
